Your responsibilities

  • Sie unterstützen bei der Rekrutierung von Auszubildenden (Sichtung von Bewerbungsunterlagen, Durchführung von Einstellungstests, Teilnahme an Vorstellungsgesprächen)
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und die Organisation von Schulungen und Veranstaltungen für Auszubildende
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Betreuung von Auszubildenden
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von zentralen Ausbildungsstandards für unsere ausbildenden Gesellschaften
  • Sie unterstützen bei verschiedenen Projekten im zentralen Bereich Ausbildung, z.B. der Ausbildungsstrategie und dem Ausbildungsmarketing

Your profile

  • Sie studieren Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder Pädagogik o. Ä. und haben besonderes Interesse an dem Thema Human Resources und verfügen über grundlegendes betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen
  • Sie haben bereits die ersten Semester erfolgreich abgeschlossen und suchen im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums einen Praktikumsplatz. Hierbei stehen Sie für mindestens 4 Monate in Vollzeit zur Verfügung (davon können maximal 3 Monate freiwillig sein)
  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen hohes Engagement, Selbstständigkeit und Zielstrebigkeit
  • Sie haben Freude an organisatorischen Tätigkeiten und verfügen über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie zeichnet Ihre hohe Verlässlichkeit und Teamorientierung aus
  • Sie sind bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, und haben Freude daran, eigenverantwortlich als Mitglied eines Teams zu arbeiten

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
